Our team members are a special breed.
We're whip smart and thrive on difficult problems that require unique solutions.

Apollo BBC’s primary resource is our exceptional staff of highly qualified and experienced consultants and we’re always looking to expand our team. Each team member, from our Principals and consultants to our administrative staff, offers a unique combination of technical expertise and professional capabilities to address and exceed our client's needs.

But that’s not all that it takes: we’re looking for the right attitudes, the right communication skills, and the right fit.  We believe the success of a company depends on the success of every team member.

How We Work

No two days are alike in our office. Our consultants are tasked with managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating with team members to investigate and analyze an array of building problems, produce recommendations for repair, and clearly communicate issues and options through direct client interaction, written reports, and design documents.

Since our business is project driven, the pace and style of our efforts rapidly change from one project to another - each offering unique challenges. We welcome these challenges and focus on ways to exceed client expectations in terms of our ability to resolve problems, communicate effectively, and affect a positive outcome for the project.

If you join us, you will be able to sample a set of diverse opportunities focusing on the integration of building enclosure and mechanical systems. You will work closely with our principal consultants and technical field services team to apply building science expertise to our client’s challenges, and also assist our experts on our professional staff who testify on lawsuits. We expect that you work independently, take responsibility for your own efforts, and move projects forward. As a premium service company, we expect our professionals to exude that attitude. Our dress varies from business to business casual, or construction site attire, depending on the activities scheduled for the day.

Our style is one of an open and diverse culture that embraces a measure of sophistication. Apollo BBC’s corporate headquarters, an open office environment located in redeveloped textile mill listed on the National Register of Historic Places, supports this style. If you’re ready to work hard, have fun, and not afraid to get dirty, we want you on board.

Professional Development

We encourage our employees to continually improve, both technically and professionally.  We believe that highly successful professionals seek to continually challenge themselves, and we strongly encourage and reward this behavior. We demand excellence and integrity of ourselves.

Whether this is accomplished by formal training outside of the company, mentoring from within, or participation in professional societies, Apollo BBC makes every attempt to put our employees in a position to succeed.

Through our professional development program, our consultants have achieved numerous certifications and accreditations including Engineer in Training (EIT), Professional Engineer (PE), LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Commissioning Authority (CxA), Registered Roofing Consultant (RRC), International Energy Code Inspector (IECC), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Carbon Reduction Manager (CRM), and Certified Infrared Thermographer (CIR), among others.

Whether you have years of experience, or are just starting your professional career, we want you on board. Apollo BBC is an equal opportunity employer and we are currently seeking candidates with varying levels of education and experience.
